Marketing organization for a telecommunications company
We supported a large European telecommunications player in a redesign of its marketing processes and organizational structures to become better aligned with the evolving market landscape. Working very closely with a large client team, we redesigned the planning process “on-the-fly” while creating next year’s annual marketing budget and activity plan with an increased focus on marketing ROI. As a next step, we helped our client define an organization that would support the new processes and be more closely in touch with the needs of different customer segments. Over a period of several months, we supported the implementation of the new structures.
Shared services in insurance
We worked with a globally active insurance company setting up a shared services center for the accounting functions of several business units in a co-sourcing arrangement with a 3rd party provider. Following the conceptual design of the strategy and operating model, we set up the structures to manage several transition projects across various European countries and supported a complex multi-stakeholder change process.
Operational performance in airport ground handling
We managed a 12-month efficiency improvement program for the largest division of a global airport ground handling company. Running a very broad and involving idea collection process with staff from all areas of the business, a mixed client-consultants team identified several initiatives that would lead to substantial further cost savings in an already highly efficient operation. The implementation approach ensured a high level of involvement and ownership of the respective business functions to successfully drive the required changes in behavior.
CRM and Loyalty Management in the credit card industry
Over the past years, we have worked with several clients in the credit card industry, helping them to improve how they handle customer relationships. Projects included CRM strategy definition, implementing new customer interaction channels, and designing Loyalty Management systems.
Strategy and business plan for a payment card issuer
We recently helped an Austrian payment card issuer in the definition and concretization of the company’s vision, mission statement, strategy, and business plan.
Growth strategy in the chocolate industry
We developed a growth strategy for chocolate manufacturer (leader in its market targeted at professional end-users) aimed at identifying the most attractive organic and inorganic growth options per customer segment. The project included a target scan for potential acquisitions and the development of an M&A roadmap including outside-in valuations of potential targets.
